I was a college scholar athlete and hold a Bachelors degree from Hofstra University. I graduated in 2001 with a degree in Psychology. I attained my Real Estate license in 2002 and appraisal license at the age of 23. I worked as a appraiser full time and Realtor part time to support my family the first few years. In 2006 I started my own appraisal firm and continued part time Real Estate at a small company in Southington CT. The almost 10 years in the appraisal field gave me a VERY different perspective from most agents in the Real Estate industry. Statistics, statistics, statistics!! The Numbers are the numbers.
In 2010 at the worst of the market I took a risk and decided to let my appraisal firm go and start Real Estate career full time. Using my knowledge from my previous career has helped immensely and has helped look at everything different. My success as a Realtor in a tough market has went from 10 sales a year to 50 a year bye using my OWN approach and past experiences.
